Our goal is to provide Smith students, faculty, staff, and administrators with information services that support and enhance all aspects of college life.

Service Alerts and Updates
Pulse Secure Upgrade, Tue, May 30�- VPN Pulse Secure upgrade is now complete, and the client has a new name, Ivanti Secure Access, and a new red logo (key and hand). Users will be prompted to upgrade their software when they next use Pulse Secure. Follow the prompts to complete the update process. You will be prompted to re-enter your Smith username and password. At the Secondary Password prompt, enter your preferred method for Duo authentication, commonly push or phone1. Once complete, the new red icon will automatically appear, but you may need to pin or dock it again. Contact ithelp@emorageimagazine.com for assistance.
Summer Lunchtime Hours in the ITSC - The IT Service Center and OneCard offices located in Stoddard Hall 203 will close daily from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Summer hours of operation for walk-ins, appointments, and responses to tickets are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m; Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Email ithelp@emorageimagazine.com for information regarding in-person support and to make an appointment.
Digital Support - To enter requests for technology-related support, please go to the Digital Support for the Smith Community website. The site hosts a variety of resources to help you with supported digital tools, such as Zoom and Moodle, as well as other information and announcements to help you with remote teaching, learning, and work.
